SPRINKLER START-UP & WINTERIZATION

This service ensures that the irrigation system is operating at its very best to begin the season. The sprinkler system is turned on and each zone is assessed for visible freeze damage and vandalism. The timer is set and heads are adjusted to ensure optimum watering coverage. Each zone is then mapped and gauged to ensure proper coverage. Finally, any necessary repairs are made to the system.

As the temperature gets colder, a final sprinkler walk-through is performed and any final adjustments and repairs will be made to the irrigation system. The system will then be blown out with compressed air to prevent costly freeze damage, and the system timer will be adjusted for winter hibernation. Last, the backflow prevention system will be wrapped in insulation and plastic to prevent any weather-related damage.
