ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

FRSR performs several routine services as part of an ongoing maintenance schedule for your property. These are designed to keep your property in top shape - both aesthetically and functionally.

Mowing – The grass is mowed to a three-inch length to help retain moisture, thereby reducing the frequency of watering. Our blades are sharpened daily to prevent tearing and damaging of the grass blades. Weekly mowing in different patterns encourages strong growth and hardy roots. All clippings are picked up after each mowing.

Trimming – Trees, borders, curbs and sidewalks are all string-trimmed and edged to maintain a professional and well-manicured property.

Rubbish Removal – Trash and debris are removed from landscaped areas on a weekly basis.
