PROPERTY CLEANUP

Spring Cleanup – This service ensures that all trash and debris which have accumulated over the winter is removed. Dead branches and plants that perished from the harsh winter weather will also be taken away to encourage new growth and to increase the aesthetic quality of the property. Rock beds and flower beds will also be cleaned and preened. If the contract so deems, spring cleanup is also the time when mulch beds will be replenished.

Fall Cleanup – Fallen leaves are removed from rock and mulch beds and the grassy areas. All annual and perennial plants and flowers are removed from the flower beds, and the beds are turned over in preparation for winter. Bushes and shrubs are trimmed and pruned, and trees are checked for general health and strength, and are serviced as necessary.
